The Procurement team are undertaking a multi-year transformation focused on creating a platform to drive significant incremental value through the creation of an operating model with the capability to maximise the potential of this supplier ecosystem via connection & delivery of the right external expertise to meet the future demands of Santander and in turn, to drive best value, whilst complying with regulation and Santander risk appetite.

The Procurement Operations Analyst will support the delivery of a robust procurement framework to our stakeholders and work collaboratively with our captive execution partner, Aquanima, to ensure complementary activities across both areas resulting in increasing procurement maturity and business value.

Supporting stakeholders in understanding the end-to-end process for their business unit

Understanding in depth the end-to-end cost process and assisting the user by guiding them through requirements

Providing user support and training with systems and processes involved in the utilisation of cost budget.

Ensuring robust service delivery mechanisms are in place and appropriately adhered to

What you'll bring.

Experience of data analysis using VBA, Power BI, SQL or equivalent tooling.

Excellent understanding of cost and the drivers of this in financial services

It would also be nice for you to have.

Experience of data representation tooling and dashboard building.

Strong stakeholder management and prioritisation skills

Ability to interpret and evaluate information

Ability to manage multiple, conflicting interests and deadlines.
