Role: Process Improvement Consultant

Location: Remote with occasional travel to Milton Keynes

Rate: £500/day (via umbrella)

Start Date: ASAP

Process Improvement Consultant

Excellent opportunity for an experienced Process Improvement Consultant to work with a leading Financial Services client to review and improve operational processes.

Key Skills & Responsibilities:

Understanding and reviewing operational processes, making recommendations for and implementing improvement
Facilitating Workshops to review end-to-end processes
Promoting business improvement through continuous improvement and end-to-end systems thinking
If automation is possible, understanding RPA / Automation requirements
Utilising tools available for streamlining processes
Identify areas of inefficiency and provide recommendations for improvement
An ability to build strong relationships and challenge key stakeholders
Ability to work as part of a team or autonomously
