Personal Assistant
We're currently searching for a Personal Assistant to support a Director of a Private Equity firm.
Key Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
* Acting as a first point of contact for the Director – dealing with correspondance and phone calls
* Managing diaries and organising meetings and appointments
* Booking and arranging travel, transport and accomodation when necessary
* Organising events and conferences
* Managing the Directors Daily tasks and important deadlines
* Liaising with staff, suppliers and clients
Skills required would include:
* Highly organised
* Reactive and responsive at all times of the day
* Able to drive, and own transport is a necessity
The Director, with his Business Partner owns a Private Equity firm.
As his Personal Assistant, you will be managing the meetings and appointments of high priority clients and dealing with sensitive and confidential information for these clients.
