My client is looking for a full time Pensions Team Leader to work within the education sector. This role will see you manage, develop and lead a team of pensions officers to provide a full and thorough pension service to clients.
Mange the Pensions team's workload through the ticket system to ensure that all work is completed within the response times
Ensure the day to day running of the team is organised and that phones are always covered during working hours and answered in line with the published service level agreement
Be the first point of escalation for the pension officers and where possible respond to and close all queries
To inform and escalate open queries to the Pensions Manager when necessary
Develop positive working relationships with external stakeholders (Clients & Pensions funds) and internal stakeholders with the aim of continuously improving service delivery
Ensure the company and clients Data Protection requirements are met at all times
Check all complicated calculations provided to clients and pension funds to avoid error
Prepare, plan, and execute year end activities within the agreed timeframe
Communication
Build relationships and attend quarterly meetings with the 20 biggest Pensions funds
Conduct monthly service reviews with key clients
Ensure that the team carry our monthly service review meeting with their assigned clientsPerson specification
