Our Milton Keynes-based client is looking to recruit a Payroll & Payments Executive to join their team on a temporary basis for 12 months.
Position: Payroll & Payments Executive (Hybrid working)
Hours: Monday to Friday – 9am – 5.30pm
Salary: DOE
Duration of employment: 12-month contract
You will be part of the Payroll & Payments team and you will have responsibility for both commission and employee expenses processes. You will need to be confident with data routines with intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
Roles and responsibilities:
Working closely with the Sales Operations team to calculate and communication commission payments for the sales team.
Investigating any resulting queries and clearly communicating your findings to your colleagues.
Processing employee expenses claims in line with the expenses policy
Reviewing and processing company car milage reports and calculating the appropriate milage payments and deductions.
Knowledge and experience required:
Experience of working within a Finance role.
Methodical individual with high standards
Advanced Excel skills.
Some general knowledge of tax framework around employees’ expenses would be desirable.
Knowledge or experience of Finance systems.
