Payroll, Data & Systems Manager
Location: Milton Keynes

Working hours: Monday to Friday 08:45 to 17:00
Main Responsibilities
In your role as Payroll, Data & Systems Manager you will proactively manage our small and busy Payroll, Data & Systems team in the delivery of an outstanding payroll service, providing support for the Payroll/HR system and the production of relevant HR data analytics. You will be a subject matter expert for our Payroll/HR system, working closely with our internal stakeholders and supplier to ensure we are effectively working with the system and identifying areas for improvement.

Tasks
Leading the payroll team through the performance of all payroll and system related tasks to ensure continuing of service and adherence to policy, legislation and compliance requirements
To be the lead for the HR and Payroll system (Dayforce) optimising the system and our processes wherever possible to improve the employee experience
To ensure our payroll procedures are mapped in a payroll manual
Review and improve all payroll procedures/policies to ensure full compliance and to minimise risk
Work with the wider HR team to produce meaningful and relevant HR data analytics to support decision making
Act as the subject matter expert for all payroll & Dayforce queries
In conjunction with the Head of Reward, work with the global centre of competence, support the implementation of new initiatives as required
Stay up to date with any legislative changes that may impact compensation and benefits activity
Profile
Experienced payroll professional with demonstrable experience of team leadership
Working knowledge of Payroll and HR systems, preferably Dayforce
Analytical, flexible and able to work in a fast-paced environment
Continually identifying ways to improve processes
A high degree of attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent Customer Service skills, understanding customer needs and keeping customers informed
Good reporting and data analysis skills
Efficient and organised working methods
