The Payroll Administrator is responsible for the preparation of client payrolls on a weekly or monthly basis from start to finish.
* Liaising with and collation and organisation of payroll data from assigned clients.
* Processing of payroll.
* Generating P11D's
* Assisting clients with pension Auto-enrolment
* Sending out Payslips and Payroll analysis to clients
* Submission of monthly/annual RTI
* Advising clients of PAYE/NIC due each month or quarter
* Dealing with any HMRC enquiries
* Maintaining strong relationships with clients
* Dealing with any Client queries (by email and by phone)
* Production of P60 year end forms
* Production of monthly/quarterly bills for payroll work
* Identifying opportunities to take on additional payroll work
* Assisting other departments as needed
