Payroll Administrator – Full Time
Our client is seeking a Payroll Administrator to join their Milton Keynes based team.

The job will involve…
Managing the payroll process:
• Review, update and approve childcare vouchers via Computershare
• Integrate and synchronise monthly payroll changes in payroll system
• Check monthly payroll outputs from payroll processor and authorise BACS payment
• Run monthly reconciliation reports for Finance
• Make monthly pension payment to pension provider
• Manage the annual payroll processes, e.g. Bonus sacrifice, P60s, P11Ds
Administering the HR/Payroll system:
• Create joiners on the system; enable as a user
• Delete leavers from the system; disable as a user
• Update Screens: Benefits, Bank, Job Profile, Main, etc., for individuals’ changes
• Review hierarchy, create Posts and amend Lists
• Create Queries and run Reports
• Close and carry Holiday annually
• Assign Group Holiday/Leave
• Delete authorised holiday/leave upon request
• Review and update Workflows
• Liaise with ‘Service Desk’ regarding system queries/issues
