Join our experienced Payroll team which offers managed payroll services. You will assist with the delivery of managed payroll services to clients in line with the service definition, ensuring that SLA’s are delivered right first time.

About You
You will be an excellent communicator with previous experience preferably within an office environment. An interest in starting your career in Payroll is required.
Experience working in an office environment within the NHS is also welcomed.
Skills/Experience:
* Previous experience of delivering excellent customer service, in a customer focused environment
* Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
* Ability to prioritise and remain calm under pressure
* Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
* Accuracy and attention to detail
Your core responsibilities:
* To key input into payrolls, check input and calculate payrolls
* To produce BAC’s reports for clients and ensure that they are authorised on time
* To ensure that all payments are processed accurately according to the agreed schedule
* To produce payroll reports and pay slips for the client
* To handle client queries in a professional and friendly manner and by taking full ownership of the query always ensuring that a resolution is delivered to the client on time
* To maintain communication with 3rd parties such as Inland Revenue, CSA, Pension Providers, etc
