New Payroll Vacancy – based in Milton Keynes
Salary 22k – 24k depending on experience
Part time can be offered within reason
Key Responsibilities:
– Assisting with the running of the payrolls from start to finish, including sending out payslips and PAYE payment details
– All payroll duties/calculations on all statutory payments i.e. SMP, SSP, Holiday Pay, P45, P46, Sickness Pay
– Leavers & Starters
– PAYE – Tax and NI payments
– Court Orders
– Loans
– Pension – Auto Enrolment and payments, including uploading to Pension companies and setting up new schemes
– Dealing with queries from by email, telephone and written correspondence.
– BACS payments
– Payroll Reconciliations
– RTI submissions
– Dealing with queries from Government bodies
– Manual calculations may be needed in order to explain payroll queries i.e. more tax
– P60 and end of year procedures
Key Skills
– Confident telephone and email manner
– Excellent organisational skills
– Ability to adhere to strict deadlines
