A fantastic temporary to permanent part-time accounts opportunity based in Central Milton Keynes, part of friendly and dynamic company. A newly created role to support a small accounts team, with a variety of tasks, offering flexible working part-time hours of ideally 20-25 hours per week.
Previous use of Sage Line 50 is essential, along with accounts experience at bookkeeping level. A varied role, to assist with some projects and daily tasks, with the ability to identify costs. Knowledge of both purchase and sales ledger, dealing with PO queries, assisting with payment runs and billing enquiries. Processing of daily and weekly payments, dealing with reconciliations and journals. Knowledge of Microsoft Excel at intermediate level, system savvy.
A team player, flexible, honest and hardworking, with excellent communication skills, able to liaise effectively throughout the business, build relationships with suppliers. Extensive experience at dealing with queries, enjoys problem solving.
