Our Bletchley based client is looking for a Part time Accounts Assistant to join them on a permanent basis
Position: Part Time Accounts Assistant
Hours: Monday to Friday, 30 hours
Salary: DOE
The job will involve…
– Processing sales invoices (Sales ledger)
– Credit control
– Reconciling bank transactions
– Handling and distributing post
– Answerin telephone queries regarding accounting matters
– Xero accounting.
– Balance sheet and debtors list reports
– Maintaining invoices coming into the email inbox
– Purchase orders/purchase invoices
– Supplier queries
– Expenses
– Credit check
The Person will…
– Have some experience of working within a similar environment
– Have a strong eye for detail
– Possess strong written and oral communication skills
– Possess a god standard of IT skills to include Excel and Word
– Possess AAT Level 2 (advantageous but not essential as training given)
