Our Bletchley based client is looking for a Part time Accounts Administrator to join them on a permanent basis.
Position: Part Time Accounts Administrator
Hours: Monday to Thursday, 20 hours (client can be flexible)
The job will involve…
– Being responsible for the Purchase Orders
– Being responsible for the Sales and Purchase Invoices
– Using and keeping Xero Accounting system up to date
– Managing all the sub-contractors set up and verification.
– Managing all the credit checks and expenses.
The Person will…
– Have some experience of working within a similar environment
– Have a strong eye for detail
– Possess strong written and oral communication skills
– Possess a god standard of IT skills to include Excel and Word
– Possess AAT Level 2 (advantageous but not essential as training given)
