We are looking for an excellent administrator, with good communication skills who is able to to build relationships at all levels to join our Client within the Manufacturing and Logistics sector, located in MK8, Milton Keynes.
The role is based on a 37.5 hour week – between 8.30 and 5.30 Monday – Friday.
This role is initially a temporary position with the prospect of a permanent offer after completion of the temporary period.
Rate of pay : £11.30 per hour.
The successful candidate must have SAP experience, with some form of
Finance admin experience.
This role will include, but isn't limited to.
– Supporting the manufacturing and office management team – It is a very hands on role with lots of inter-departmental communication required.
– Raising orders via SAP
– Purchase order creation and all vendor administration.
– Assisting the finance team in the resolution of invoice discrepancies
The successful candidate must be willing to occasionally travel – A pool car will be provided. The further you would be required to travel would be Birmingham – Therefore a driving licence with no more than 6 points is required.
