We have a current opportunity for a Operational MI Analyst on a permanent basis. We are able to offer a flexible approach to home and office based work and the business has three offices across the UK – Milton Keynes, London and Wilmslow.

Role Purpose:

To provide effective delivery of Management Information and Data Analysis to the Home Operations function. This role will cover the full end to end operational process from Application receipt through to Redemption.

The role holder will work closely with key stakeholders to understand business and departmental requirements and deliver accurate reporting to enable tracking against KPI's and business objectives. The requirement for business users to be able to self-serve will be a key delivery requirement.

Responsibilities:

To build and distribute daily, weekly & monthly operational performance dashboards to the wider leadership team.

To review and analyse all operational MI to identify any deficiencies and provide accurate and comprehensive solutions and recommendations to improve outcomes

To support the Head of Operational Change with operational data to support the business case for projects, and to support the benefit realisation tracking once a project has gone live.

Produce support and direction for colleague in the roll out of new MI reporting and dashboards.

Key skills and experience:

Financial services or Banking experience – preferably from a Mortgages environment
Experience in a similar MI or analytical role
Experience using Power BI
Knowledge of SQL/VBA
Experience liaising with stakeholders of all levels of seniority, including Exec teams
