Multilingual Data Entry Processor – Temporary – based in Milton Keynes

Purpose of Role:

We are looking for Multilingual Data Entry Processors to join our client on an ongoing temporary basis. (Must be fluent in Norwegian or Swedish)

Key Responsibilities: 

Accurate data entry to meet the required quality and productivity standards
Responding to customer communications via telephone and email
Resolving order queries and customer enquiries in a professional and courteous manner
Providing a high level of customer service
Able to prioritise and manage own time to meet service requirements
To adhere to best practice, ensuring attention to detail and accuracy is achieved
Ensure customer interactions meet the required standard as defined by the Quality Assurance framework
Achieve all KPIs as defined by the project service level or as directed by a manager
Comply with all policies, processes and procedures
Provide feedback to the Team Leader where any issues or potential improvements are identified with policies, processes and procedures
Comply with GDPR
Following correct company complaints procedures
Treating Customers Fairly always
Person Specification: 

Experience of high-volume data entry with a high level of accuracy
Excellent attention to detail
Excellent command of English + one additional language of the following (Norwegian, Flemish, Dutch, German, Swedish)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Able to remain professional, calm and polite when under pressure
Energetic, able to remain positive and adapt quickly in a changing environment
Self-sufficient and able to work with minimal supervision
Customer service orientated
Works well with a team environment
Has excellent awareness of GDPR & Compliance
You will need to be able to work from home until they return to the office
 Hours of work: 

Monday – Friday: 8:00 am to 16.30 pm, 9:00 am to 17.30 pm, or 9:30 am to 17:30 pm
