Managed Service Contracts Administrator – Milton Keynes. Excellent Basic Salary + KPI Bonus + Co. Bonus

A prestigious Medical Diagnostics company based in Milton Keynes are looking for a Managed Service Contracts (MSC) Administrator to join their existing team. Day to day responsibilities for the role will include but not be limited to providing telephone support to their Managed Service Customers as well as processing orders, invoicing, compiling reports, contract maintenance, supporting Finance colleagues, manage partner supplier delivery of key agreed services of equipment etc.
You will a confident person and able to communicate effectively, have a personable nature, ability to self-organise and motivate. You will work with honesty and integrity working hard to maintain your reputation with colleagues, clients and suppliers. You will have ideally have experience of working with Managed Service Contracts and Call Centre experience. Experience and knowledge of working within Medical Diagnostics/Biomedical Sciences would be advantageous but not essential. You must have good working knowledge of SAP and ideally SAP SD but this element is not essential. An AAT qualification would be desirable. You will be fully comfortable and au fait with Microsoft Office and your written English will be excellent.
