Our client, a leader within the Financial Services industry, is currently looking for an experienced Compliance Administrator to join their team on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will have a desire to work within the financial services industry and ideally have begun/completed their CeMAP studies. There is also the opportunity for someone to start these qualifications if you already have experience working with mortgage cases
This position is to join an extremely fast-paced team therefore the ability to work well under pressure and towards tight deadlines is essential. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are also essential for this position
Key Responsibilities
Reviewing a proportion of mortgage, protection and insurance cases
Carrying out quality checks on applications
Ensuring any changes or amendments on files are logged correctly
Produce accurate, clear & concise written correspondence when needed
Organising workloads
Provide feedback on cases submitted
Answer any questions to wider, internal teamsThe ideal candidate will be CeMAP 1 qualification with the attainment of the full qualification within 2 years. Fully qualified will also be a big advantage.
We are looking for someone to start as soon as possible within this role with interviews taking place before Christmas.
