We are recruiting for a Mortgage Case Manager for one of the most exciting, ambitious and well-respected Property Brokers located in Milton Keynes. Your role will be working as Buy To Let Department with full autonomy of their Case Management workload. You will receive and excellent basic salary of £19,000 – £24,000 (D.O.E) along with a discretionary bonus of up to £2,000 – £3,000 a year.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join specialist organisation who offer various lending to the Residential and Commercial Sector.

As a Case Manager, you will be responsible for:

Taking responsibilities for processing applications from receipt of a signed mortgage offer to completion
Working closely with Solicitors, Brokers and Underwriters
Checking certificates, legal and offer documents
Manage a pipeline of business
Perform Quality Control checks
Completing checks to a high standardTo be a successful Case Manager you will have:

Minimum of one year Mortgage Administration experience (Lender or Broker)
CeMAP Level 1 would be a huge advantage but not essential
Have knowledge of the Mortgage process
Must be experienced working in a busy fast paced environmentThe Package for the Case Manager:

Salary – £19,000 – £24,000 plus up to £2,000 – £3,000 a year (discretionary bonus)
Monday – Friday – Office Hours
