We are recruiting for an award winning Brokers who are looking for an experienced Mortgage mortto join their growing team. You will be joining a company that offer genuine company growth to become a Mortgage Advisor, working office hours Monday – Fri with a fantastic basic salary £19,000 – £24,000 (D.O.E) along with a discretionary bonus of up to £2,000 – £3,000 a year.

You will be working in their Buy To Let Department with full autonomy of the work load (First Charge Experience would be a huge advantage) This is a fantastic opportunity to join specialist organisation who offer various lending to the Residential and Commercial Sector.

As a Case Manager, you will be responsible for:

Taking responsibilities for processing applications from receipt of a signed mortgage offer to completion
Working closely with Solicitors, Brokers and Underwriters
Checking certificates, legal and offer documents
Manage a pipeline of business
Perform Quality Control checks
Completing checks to a high standardTo be a successful Case Manager you will have:

Minimum of one year Case Management Administration experience (Lender or Broker) ideally First Charge
CeMAP Level 1 would be a huge advantage but not essential
Have knowledge of the Mortgage process
Must be experienced working in a busy fast paced environmentThe Package for the Case Manager:

Salary – £19,000 – £24,000 plus up to £2,000 – £3,000 a year (discretionary bonus)
Monday – Friday – Office Hours
