Mortgage Broker
£30,000 (£70k OTE)
Milton Keynes

We are looking to bring in an experienced and qualified Mortgage Broker with a proven track record in the mortgage sector. Working for a rapidly expanding and thriving business, you will be provided a host of qualified leads through a partner estate agency business and there is full back office support for you in the role. Ideally you will be a self-driven and dynamic individual and able to hit the ground running in the role. This role is based in Milton Keynes with WFH flexibility and an immediately available start date

Duties and Responsibilities:

Meeting with clients face-to-face, via MS Teams and speaking with them on the phone

Handle and convert incoming mortgage leads

Qualify client's needs and situation

Assessing the market for deals

Discussing mortgage options with the client and supporting them through the process

Seek out additional clients

Managing an ongoing pipeline of leads and opportunities

Cross-selling protection insurance

Deal with mortgage lenders, valuers and other third parties

Manage related paperwork and applications

About You:

Previous experience in a mortgage brokerage role is essential

CeMap Level 3 is required
* Knowing common mortgage products, programs and procedures
* Understanding mortgage underwriting
* Applying sales principles and techniques to promote and sell the company’s services
* Self motivated with a strong desire to succeed
* Knowing how to use Microsoft Office programs

What the role can offer you:

Basic salary up to £30k DOE

OTE – £70k if you take a basic salary

Self-employed roles are also available with higher, uncapped OTEs (£100k) on offer for self-motivated and confident individuals – you can bank 60% of net income
