Paterson Recruitment are recruiting a Mortgage and Protection Advisor for our client in High Wycombe.  You will be helping clients and advising them on the most suitable mortgage and insurance products.

You will receive leads that are referred to you, giving you the opportunity to build great relationships with clients whilst providing accurate advice on our wide range of regulated products and services.

Requirements:

Have previous experience as a Mortgage and Protection Advisor

Have CEMAP 1,2 & 3 or CERT CII or equivalent.

Be organised and target driven.

Have good communication and listening skills.

Have a strong desire to succeed in a sales environment.

Be honest and trustworthy attitude, respect for confidential information.

Be a car owner with a full driving licence & be insured for business use.

Benefits:

Starting salary £25k to £35k with an OTE uncapped.

Uncapped OTE opportunities ranging through to £50,000-£100,000 with additional bonus incentives.
