NM MONEY are seeking Experienced Mortgage Advisers to join our telephone advice team either home based or working from One of our core offices in Stevenage or Rushden. We will also hold regular team meetings and training sessions in one of our offices.

The Job

As a telephone-based Mortgage Adviser you will identify, advise and sell Mortgage, Protection & Home Insurance products to new and existing customers. Working closely with your dedicated Mortgage Administration team to satisfy the customer’s journey from start, through to completion and beyond, you will become their expert ‘trusted adviser’.

You will provide advice and recommendations on a wide range of mortgage products to both new and existing clients. You will deliver tailored solutions to the customer’s needs by conducting a thorough fact-find over the telephone, engaging with the client, researching from the whole market and preparing a compelling solution which you will then present to them.

The Right Candidate

With a good all-round knowledge and understanding of mortgage products and advice regulations, you will be CeMAP Qualified or equivalent.

In addition, to be truly successful you will demonstrate excellent influencing, negotiation and communication skills, a strong moral compass, a client-focused attitude and excellent interpersonal skills. Computer literacy with experience using mortgage platforms and Microsoft packages also serve as core skills.

This is an excellent opportunity for a tenacious and driven individual with at least 1 year’s advised mortgage sales experience and a history of compliant sales quality.
