Job Title: Mortgage Adviser.     

Basis: Full Time Permanent Employed Role.

Location: Home based but able to travel to Milton Keynes when occasionally required.

Target: You must be a fully CeMAP qualified Mortgage Adviser with a Minimum of 12 Months experience to be considered and comfortable working on the telephone handling a high volume of pre-qualified Buy to Let Mortgage appointments.

Rewards: Generous Basic Salary and realistically achievable £50K+ OTE with uncapped commission plus an outstanding benefits package.*

Working Hours: Working a variable rota of 37.5 Hours per week, Monday to Friday which includes 2 late shifts per week finishing at 8PM.

Timeline: Immediate Skype interviews with a January 2021 start date.

We now have a unique opportunity for an experienced mortgage advisor to consolidate and grow in the fast moving, high sales volume Buy to Let re-mortgage market. 

As a home based Mortgage and Protection Adviser we believe your skills and experience are best suited to focusing purely on the provision of quality advice and sales to our customers.  The work of contacting customers, securing appointments and the progressing of the mortgage and protection applications is therefore the sole remit of our dedicated Adviser Support Teams.

As this is a telephone based role you will need to be articulate and engaging. You will be writing in excess of 16 mortgages each month so you will also be highly motivated, disciplined and organised.  You will also have a strong track record in mortgage sales.

About the Job:

Access to our dedicated lender panel to tailor the best solutions for our clients.

Specialising in the Buy to Let market and meeting the specific mortgage needs of landlord clients.

Meet our client protection needs by referring to a protection specialist.
Work closely with our in house lead producers to best support our clients.
About you:

At least 12 months mortgage or protection sales experience is essential.
Full CeMAP or equivalent is of course essential.
Ability to deal with a high volume of appointments and convert to business.
Positive and resilient attitude with an ability to work to client needs effectively.

Organised, self-motivated and a team player
Numerate and detail conscious with excellent inter-personal and presentation skills, with outstanding communication and listening skills, with the ability to explain complex information in a clear and simple format

Self-disciplined to successfully work from home.
This is a telephone based role so you will need to be articulate, client centric, have an engaging telephone manner and a passion for the job.
