MANAGEMENT INFORMATION ANALYST
Up to £50,000 pa plus benefits
If you are currently a Management Information (MI) Analyst and looking for a more varied MI role -then this could be an excellent career move. This new job would give you exposure to all areas of the business and to the Senior Management Team.
This newly created role will be pivotal in the on-going success of this established company, as it will enable reports to be more efficient and accessible. The MI Analyst will lead on the collection, reporting, and analysis of key management information and advise on trends and changes.
RESPONSIBILITIES
The Management Information Analyst will be responsible for all reporting systems that support the company’s needs and those of their clients and suppliers.
Responsibilities include:
Supporting migration of manual reporting into automated environments
Building strong relationships with all departments and clients and delivering high quality management information (MI).
Establishing and managing a data warehouse
Presenting and sharing data as well as dealing with complex database queries
Developing reporting dashboards for stakeholders
Producing operational and commercial MI
REQUIREMENTS
To be successful as a MI Analyst you must have:
Advanced knowledge of MS SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS) and relational databases
Solid knowledge and experience of querying databases using T-SQL
Experience of Microsoft Reporting Services, Microsoft Power BI, or similar reporting platforms
Excellent problem solving and analytical skills

As this growing technology-centric, insurance business continues to expand, the potential for the MI Analyst to learn and develop is encouraged. If required, recognised training and qualifications may be funded. This role would initially be based at home along the M40 corridor e.g. Bicester, Banbury, Beaconsfield, Oxford, High Wycombe, Stokenchurch, Marlow with regular meetings at Head Office
