What are we looking for?
We’re looking for an experienced Marketing Performance Analyst to join our evolving team.
You’ll be the lead on all reporting, analysis, and insight across all our marketing channels and customer journeys, driving the optimisation of our digital acquisition channels as led by the Head of Customer Acquisition.
By understanding the end-to-end customer journey across our marketing channels and the key levers that impact website conversion, you’ll continuously optimise and improve our website journey performance, positively impact customer behaviour, and drive profitability.
You’ll act as the overall product owner of web analytics products including Google Analytics, including account set up, management & governance, plus regular audit all key data sources.
A vital part of the role is conducting deep-dive analysis using numerous data sources to create clear stories about the end-to-end customer journey, which highlight key opportunities and actions to increase profit and enhance customer experience.
What key skills will you need?
Experience with the intricacies of Google Analytics with a strong ability to analyse campaign performance and website behaviour.
Advanced data analysis, interpretation, and problem-solving insight
Can create and maintain marketing and trading reports and visualising data using tools such as Google Data Studio.
Experience of digital marketing acquisition and experience analysing the performance of paid media campaigns plus an understanding ad platforms such as Google Ads or Facebook Ad Manager
Stakeholder management across a business as well as with external agencies
Experience of working with website behaviour tools such as Hotjar and VWO
Experience of Javascript, Regex and SQL
A highly motivated team player with excellent communication skills, highly detail orientated and an ambassador of our team and company values
