Our client, a financial services provider within mortgages and savings, have an excellent opportunity for a marketing enthusiast to join their team. The role will predominately be supporting the head of marketing to execute their overall marketing plan on time and within budget.

Our client would like this role holder to be predominately office based initially, however there is flexibility for a hybrid approach to the working week once established in the role.

Key duties of the Marketing Assistant will be: –

* To provide support to the Mortgage Sales Team to deliver planned campaigns to the Mortgage Broker audience including Linked In, Emails, Web content and events.

* To support the Savings Team with Marketing support e.g. Branch activity, leaflet production.

* Implement all marketing plans under direction.

* To collate marketing activity across the team for internal reporting.

* To manage promotional materials by coordinating requirements, monitoring stock, placing orders and verifying receipt.

* To work with the marketing team to research competitive marketing.

* To manage and update website with regular updates and product information.

* To manage and execute Social Media campaigns across Linked In, Facebook and Instagram.

* To communicate with the customers, both current and prospective in a professional way and provide required information in a timely and appropriate format.

* To actively suggest process improvements to ensure the continued productivity and quality and service provided by the team.

The successful candidate will possess: –

* A degree/or equivalent in Marketing

* Exposure/experience within a marketing team or role
