Here’s What you’ll be getting up to

If the last 2 years have taught us anything it’s the importance of family and how we can protect them. Working for LifeSearch you will be speaking to families all over the UK looking to protect their loved ones if the worse was to happen, be that falling ill, not being able to work or passing away.

We work closely with our partners to find the right cover that is tailor made to each family we speak to. You will find out pretty much everything about them to be able to find them the right insurance which falls in line with what they can afford but also provides the level of cover they are looking for.

You need to be a good listener, have high attention to detail and accurately keep records. You will be taking on many tasks in the day so being able to manage your time will be key. You need to be able to ask the right questions to do a thorough fact find with the family to find out all about their health. This can mean learning about new health conditions that will require some research to be able to find the right insurance. No two families will ever be the same so even our Searchers who have been with us a long time are still learning new things.

If you have experience with doing sales, be that over the phone or face to face then please get in touch. Full training will be provided with each team having their own coach to help develop them further and a dedicated Learning & Development Team.

This is a hybrid role with 1-2 days spent in the office.

You will need to be curious, outgoing with a desire to succeed and that success is celebrated at our end of year awards conference and Christmas party. We may have a key part to play in protecting our families in the best way we can, but we do like to have some fun along the way too.

This role can be worked remotely with 1-2 days a week spent in the office. We have an office’s in London, Leeds and Milton Keynes
