Everyday Loans is a market leader within the financial services sector providing sub-prime loans in over 70 branches across the UK and currently has an opportunity for a Learning & Development Administrator to cover maternity to join the training team. This would suit a graduate or employee with one years’ relevant experience looking to have a career in training and development that has strong multimedia skills or starting their career in training.

The successful applicant will be responsible for the design, development and some delivery of training programmes. You will be ensuring employees are equipped with the requisite knowledge and skills to complete their roles successfully.
* Establishing systems and procedures to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of the service offering.
* Assist with the design, production and delivery of training material, webinars and workshops
* Assist with the management and operation of the Company Intranet.
* Assist with the management of the Learning Management System (mandatory testing) checking at least annually that all tests and test questions are up to date, managing any relevant changes through the relevant subject matter experts.
* Working closely with the learning and development manager to design and communicate administrative procedures for the booking of in-house training courses. Including responding to the training needs of individuals in ELL from managers and other staff.
* Keeps up to date with business, product and regulatory changes, updating training documentation / plans appropriately.
* Printing and distributing course materials as and when required.
