BASIC SALARY: £20,000
BENEFITS:
· Uncapped commission £60,000 OTE year one £100,000 year two

· Mon – Fri 8.30 – 5.00 office based
LOCATION: Northampton – office-based. Our current team commute from, Northampton, Towcester, Milton Keynes, Wellingborough, and Daventry.

JOB DESCRIPTION: Internal Sales / Telesales : Finance / Broker
Let's not beat around the bush, this is a heavily telephone-based sales role, there will be customer visits (Covid allowing) and meetings. Whilst we partner with an outsourced marketing company, we also incentivise you to find your own leads and clients. Working all over the country and in a variety of sectors you will never run out of leads.
· We act as a finance broker with access to 100's of specialist lenders.
· We cut through the traditional banking red tape to get businesses the finance they need to grow.
· We work with owners / directors from SME's to large organisations, across all business sectors from convenience stores to manufacturers, barbers to recruiters.
· Once established, gaining an understanding of your potential clients needs and matching them to the best lenders.
PERSON SPECIFICATION: Internal Sales / telesales / Finance / Broker
We know sales is not rocket science, but it is a tenacious attitude and a resilience to rejection, we do it for the ability to write our own paycheck.
You will have:
· A proven sales track record of selling – could be B2B or B2C (our MD started as an estate agent).
· The ability to close and demonstrate it
· A clear understanding and appreciation that you will pick up the phone 100 times a day.
THE COMPANY:
We are only a few years old and currently a team of 7. Crucially, we are already breaking down the barriers that traditional finance houses/brokers have and are looking to grow. It is all about partnerships for us and being there when our customers need us. We have finance experts who all feel the same way and that there was a gap in the market for a business who worked with integrity at the forefront of everything it does.
It is highly likely you will have worked in any of the following roles and/or markets, and worked with the following products and/or services: Internal Sales, Telesales, Door 2 Door sales, Insurance Sales – proactive outbound calling, Telemarketing.
