Insolvency Investigations Manager – Membership Body – Milton Keynes (with home working) – £65,000 plus benefits package

Robert Walters are hiring for an Insolvency Investigations Manager for a leading membership body, one of the region's leading employers.

This is a full-time role paying up to £65k based in Milton Keynes but with some ability to work from home.

The Insolvency Investigations Manager will be responsible for working on a portfolio of investigations cases relating to insolvency or business recovery work carried out by members of this organisation.

The Manager is tasked with conducting an investigations into the matter of the case, finding facts and collecting evidence and statements from related parties, and finally writing a report summarising the situation and issuing a ruling on whether or not the member was in breach of any guidelines.

Though the cases are all based on insolvency work, the potential breaches at hand are very varied and are a mix of technical and ethical issues.

The role is based in Milton Keynes with short, regular hours, very rarely having to stay late – In addition there is ability to do some working from home.

The role comes with a salary of £65,000 plus benefits package, and is suitable for someone with recent experience in insolvency or business recovery work, gained at manager level or above.
