Customer Service Advisor – Banking
Contact Centre based position in Caldecotte, MK7 8LE. We offer a Full-Time and Permanent opportunity for a new or existing skilled team of Financial Advisors to represent a renowned client of Interaction Recruitment.
Role Information
You will be required to work on a flexible basis Monday – Sunday between 8am-8pm, this will include x5 8-hour shifts.
The salary is paid at £20,467 per year / £9.84 per hour.
Free onsite parking is provided. Public transport routes are frequent to the Caldecotte Business Park.
6 weeks paid training Monday to Friday between 8am-6pm. This will consist of 4-weeks classroom-based training and 2 weeks support on the call floor! During this period, we cannot authorise any absence/annual leave as we require 100% commitment throughout the initial 6 weeks training.
Responsibilities as a Customer Service Advisor:
Answering incoming calls from existing customers of the bank and assisting with general account queries such as; checking available balances, transferring funds and updating information (change of address, phone number or name).
Dealing with all complaints in accordance with the internal complaint’s procedure.
Offering resolutions to account questions.
Representing the company with excellent customer service by being the first point of contact.
Requirements:
Minimum of 1-year strong customer service experience.
Contact Centre or strong background within customer service.
Financial experience is valued but not a necessity.
Consistency within previous roles – No job hopping.
Computer literate.
