Job Title: Head of On-Boarding- Immediate start Contract

Salary: £400 day rate

Location: Commutable distance to Buckinghamshire

Our client has a respected and trusted order and pay at table platform used widely within the UK hospitality industry. They are looking for a head of onboarding, support and account management for an immediate start, largely remote working with bi-monthly office visits in Milton Keynes and fantastic company benefits. They are looking for someone to take on this contract role for 3-6 months, outside of IR35 and starting immediately.

About the position

Head of onboarding with great project management skills
Providing ownership of client onboarding process
Being a connection between sales and customer success departments
Working closely with product teams
Manage and recruit a small team
Responsible for customer training and implementation, handling projects within budget
The successful candidate

Passionate about the hospitality industry
3 years experience in project management and training within hospitality sector
Have an in depth understanding of restaurant operations
Strong communication skills
Experience leading onboarding teams
A background in customer onboarding
