About the role:

As our Fraud Strategy Portfolio Manager, you will become part of the Fraud Strategy Management team and will be responsible for leading the day-to-day running of a number of TMS’ Fraud Strategy clients. Reporting into the Head of Fraud Strategy, you’ll be expected to lead the fraud strategy service provided to our clients. This will include oversight of the client rule fraud prevention infrastructure, owning the client relationship, and leading the continuous improvement of the fraud strategy service.

Main responsibilities of our Fraud Strategy Portfolio Manager will include:

Delivering against the contractual SLA performance with the client with regards to fraud, losses, rule performance, and customer interruption levels

Optimising the management of the following tools: CardGuard, Authorisation Decision Strategy (ADSII), 3dsecure risk management tools (Broadcom & RSA), TA (TSYS Analytics) Web

Delivering against the overall team vision of minimising the total cost of fraud for our clients

Representing TMS as the face of fraud strategy in all client-facing meetings

Communicating effectively and appropriately with both internal & external customers at all business levels

Defining target performance metrics and fraud architecture models

Undertaking the ongoing review of best practices in conjunction with Operational Team Managers

What we are looking for in our Fraud Strategy Portfolio Manager:

Experience of working in the credit card industry

Experience of client management/stakeholder management

A team player and with the ability to provide dynamic leadership to juniors in the team
