Fraud Analyst

Interaction Recruitment are currently looking for Fraud Analysts to work for one of our very reputable outsourcers based in Milton Keynes, MK7 8LE. Our client is a market leader in their industry and offer a range of financial services to a number of high-profile banks and financial institutions across the globe; due to expansion they are now looking for talented and experienced individuals to join their fraud advisors’ team. Based in the Caldecotte area.

Responsibilities

Working as part of the Fraud team you will be speaking with existing customers of the company about their concerns of potentially fraudulent activity. You will be helping them by investigating their accounts and spotting anomalies in data which could be signs of fraud. You will work closely with these customers to deliver the very best level; of service possible and contact the account holders that you feel may have had some activity on their cards.

Working Hours

The position is a full time and permanent contract.

Contracted to 40 hours per week, working 5 days out of 7.

Must be flexible Monday to Sunday, please see below times during the week.

Monday to Sunday between the hours of 8am – 8pm

Salary: £20,467 per annum / £9.84 per hour

Training

4-week training programme Monday to Friday 8am-6pm, this will be fully paid! During this period, we cannot authorise any absence/annual leave as we require 100% commitment throughout the 4 weeks training.
