Financial Reporting Manager, Buckinghamshire
£60,000 – £70,000 + Benefits Package
Our client, an expansive and forward thinking commercial enterprise, is looking for a qualified professional looking to play a pivotal role in an ever evolving commercial enterprise.
The successful candidate will be academically strong, qualified (ideally Big 4) and will have a minimum of one years' experience in industry. The position is not static and will be revised as the need arises but is likely to focus on the following areas:
– Supporting the senior finance team with analysis and calculations for IFRS reporting requirements.
– Preparing the monthly financial statements and balance sheet and cash flow projections.
– Assisting with the preparation of the Annual Report and interim financial statements.
– Taking statutory ownership of multiple legal entities.
– Understanding and adhering to ever changing compliance rules and giving guidance on IFRS accounting regulations when needed.
– Controlling the Group consolidation model.
– Accounting for realised and unrealised gains and losses.
– Assisting the senior team with planning in relation to future growth and implementing pre-emptive process driven controls.
The ability to develop and represent financial accounting across multiple legal entities will be required. Intellect and attention to detail are pre-requisites for application as is a track record in carrying out the above responsibilities within a forward thinking PLC.
