Key responsibilities: We are recruiting for a Financial Controller who will be responsible for the following:
* As the Financial Controller you will oversee all company accounts and investments.
* You will prepare monthly and annual reports to identify results, trends, and financial forecasts.
* You will manage cash flow by pursuing transactions and regularly revising internal reports.
* The Financial Controller will supervise and manage financial department staff, including accountants and financial assistants.
* As the Financial Controller you will be responsible for motivating and leading the finance team members by clarifying roles and providing helpful feedback.
* You will recommend updates and improvements for accounting systems, including payroll and invoicing.
* As the Financial Controller you will ensure that all financial transactions are accurately recorded, filed, and reported.
* You will be responsible for the establishment and implementation of a financial reporting system to comply with government regulations and legislation.
* You will work together with auditing services to ensure proper obedience with all regulations.
* As the Financial Controller you will develop budgets and financial plans for the company based on research and data reports.
* You will review all financial plans and budgets regularly to look for cost reduction opportunities.
* You will be examining all financial reports and data closely to check for discrepancies.
* As the Financial Controller you will create systems to avoid errors in data collection and calculations.
* You will report to the CFO with timely and precise financial information.
* As the Financial Controller you will assist the CFO in presenting reports to senior executives, stakeholders, and board members.
Experiece and Attributes:
* Bachelor’s degree or master's degree in accounting, business, economics, finance, or a related field.
* Experience in a business or finance environment as a financial controller.
* Leadership skills.
* Excellent Mathematical skills.
* Honesty, integrity, reliability.
* Solid written and verbal communication skills.
* High attention to detail;
* Critical thinking and problem-solving skills;
* Analytical skills.
* You will have been involved in a similar role as a Financial Controller.
* Understanding of data privacy standards.
