With good academics that include a degree or direct equivalent, you will be a qualified Accountant, will have well honed and fluent Excel skills plus be a confident and capable SAP user who has knowledge of underlying modules. In tandem with your technical skills your personal attributes will be a high level of inquisitive intelligence, commercial acumen and a thirst for answers/process improvement/fine detail analysis and a self confidence to challenge (without arrogance) plus present solutions. This position is responsible for ensuring the effective delivery of high-quality financial support and information to senior management, directors and stakeholders within the business. ultimately driving the finance agenda, playing an integral part of the decision-making process and to constantly seek improvements to existing business processes. As well as this you will be responsible for full P&L analysis, providing relevant insights and formulating strategies to drive performance. Translating the numbers ad providing true business partnering across the value chain, as well as transparency and analysis for accurate Group reporting.
