Financial Advisor, comprehensive Financial Planning for an existing portfolio of clients (this is not a sales role), Salary: up to £65,000 basic salary (dependant on experience) + uncapped bonus (realistic first year OTE £85,000) + continued professional development + exam related bonus + benefits including 22 days’ holiday (increasing with service) + charity day + bank holidays + Christmas holiday allowance + generous employers pension contribution + private medical insurance + life insurance + boosst gym etc.
The Role: I am recruiting a Financial Advisor (Financial Planner) on behalf of boosst Ltd, an award-winning Accredited Financial Planning firm who have recently been awarded Financial Planning Firm of the Year. The successful Financial Advisor (Financial Planner) will be responsible for managing an existing portfolio of individual clients so there is no requirement to generate new clients (although these will naturally come, as a result of the company’s reputation and the service levels you provide). You will be a warm relationship builder who is used to working to deliver a personalised and holistic financial planning service and who puts the client at the heart of everything you do.
You will either be an experienced Financial Advisor who is Level 4 qualified as a minimum and either Chartered or keen to work towards becoming Chartered and Certified (up to £65,000 basic salary + bonus)
Or a highly experienced Paraplanner, keen to progress and ready to take on your own portfolio of clients (£45-60,000 basic salary, dependant on experience, + bonus).
Home Working and Flexibility: We are happy to facilitate a degree of home working and we are also happy to consider flexible or part-time working arrangements (shorter working days, 4-day week etc.)

Financial Advisor (Financial Planner), Responsibilities:
* Provide a highly personalised, holistic financial planning service, focused on improving all client outcomes and ensuring client needs are met to an exceptional standard.
* Develop strong relationships with individual clients.
* Conduct client reviews, present cash flow planning (Truth), make financial planning recommendations and implement solutions.
* Delegate tasks effectively to the technical support and client support teams.
* Ensure all regulatory and compliance standards are met.
* Contribute to the ongoing development of best practice within the business.
Financial Advisor (Financial Planner), Skills and Experience:
* Experience of working as a Financial Advisor, providing a comprehensive Financial Planning service OR a Senior Paraplanner, ready to take on your own portfolio of clients
* Diploma in Financial Planning (Dip PFS, Level 4)
* Achieved or working towards Certified & Chartered Financial Planner qualifications (support with this will be provided courtesy of boosst’s award winning ‘bright to boosst’ development programme).
* Experience of all areas of financial planning – cashflow modelling, taxation, investment portfolio management, pensions, protection, estate planning etc.
* A strong technology and mathematical aptitude with excellent attention to detail.
* The ability to manage workflow and delegate tasks effectively.
* A strong relationship builder and collaborative team player with a caring, quality focused, customer centric approach.
