AMG Search is currently looking for a Financial Adviser and Development Manager to join a highly successful Wealth Management firm in Hertfordshire.

* As a Financial Adviser and Development Manager you will join a team of 20 talented individuals in a small and agile firm with a big firm’s strength

* You will be responsible for servicing an existing client bank in North London and surrounding Home Counties – Beds, Bucks, Herts, Cambridgeshire

* As Financial Adviser and Development Manager you will create new lead sources such as introducer relationships, and demonstrate to your team how you do this.

* You will secure the existing client FUM and leverage new opportunities (referrals, etc.) from our current clients. Full range of advice across Investments, retirement planning and IHT

* Training and coaching are vital aspects of this role and you will have the chance to observe, coach and guide less experienced advisors while they watch you apply your sales skills.

* Outstanding support – Full admin, paraplanning + seminars, client events and telesales

* Uncapped earnings at £100K+

For this outstanding Financial Adviser and Development Manager opportunity, you will either be Diploma (Dip PFS/Level 4) qualified at minimum and ideally Chartered or progressing towards.

* You will have a proven sales track record

* As our Financial Adviser and Development Manager you will have experience creating additional opportunities through introducer relationship, referrals etc

* You have a natural, proactive coaching style and know-how to lift a field-based sales team's morale and performance levels.

* You know how to develop additional opportunities through existing client and introducer relationships

* You have experience supporting advisers with lead generation opportunities including a particular focus on referrals and introducer opportunities
