Our Client, an impressive organisation that have gone from strength to strength in their global presence.

Their continuous growth is being supported by an ambitious strategy and diversifying their revenue streams and now they are looking to grow their team with a newly created Financial Accountant role.

Key Responsibilities

Taking a lead on the financial close activities for the business financial results including reporting to management

Develop management accounts to provide insight and analysis to management on business performance

Identify and assist with the implementation of systems and processes to automate and develop the finance operations strategy for the UK

Ensure compliance with company accounting policies as well as relevant external legislation

Work closely with the M&A finance integration team to drive the implementation of finance integration strategy for acquired businesses in the UK

Candidate Profile

A Qualified Accountant, trained and experienced in working in a fast-paced and complex environment.

A strong communicator, with a focused drive for accuracy and best practice.

Hands-on experience in period end close and accounting standards (IFRS).

Strong analytical skills

Be flexible to hit the ground running and be able to be involved in the detail in order to make improvements
