Ashley Kate UK are supporting our client in Milton Keynes who are looking to recruit a Finance Systems Support Officer on a 12 month contract initially to support the Procure to Pay lead in the day to day running, maintenance and set up of the Accounts Payable and expenses function.

This Finance Systems role is a really exciting opportunity to join a busy finance department as an Oracle systems superuser.

The main responsibilities for the Finance Systems Support Officer include;

·Provide specialist advice and guidance to the Oracle Prism system users on all aspects of the Oracle Accounts Payable and expenses functions and modules
·Modify the system configuration in the Accounts Payable and expenses functions where required, ensuring that the system is up to date and reflect current procedures and polocoes
·Identify and correct Accounts Payable and expsneses exceptions
·Updating Systems training material where required
·Complete the testing for all system changes in the Accounts Payable and expenses functions

Essential criteria;

·Previous experience of working in and Accounts payable function
·Previous systems superuser experience and training other in systems
·Strong ability to manipulate data
·Logical approach to problem solving

Ideally you should have;

·2 years experience of Oracle e-Business Suite modules
·Previous experience of operating in a commercial finance environment

This is a really interest project role for someone who understand the AP function and is a highly skilled systems user.

£24,256 salary plus £1,750 allowance. This is not negotiable. The role is full time.

·Please note; the successful candidate must be security cleared before they can commence the role. For Security Clearance (SC) you will need to be a resident in the UK for 2 in 5 years with 12 months consecutive period. The clearance can take approximately 6 weeks.
