We have an immediate requirement for an experienced and highly competent Finance Manager to provide exceptional support in the smooth and efficient running of a busy and friendly office based in Buckingham. This is a full-time, permanent role with hours working Monday – Thursday, 09.00 to 17.00 and Friday, 08.00 to 16.00. In return you will receive a competitive salary of £28,000 – £34,000 per annum as well as 23 days holiday, increasing by 1 day per year up to 5 years.

ESi Controls are now specified in most of the major UK Housebuilders.
We are seeking a reliable and well-organised Finance Manager to assist the General Manager, for handling the main aspects of finance and to assist the management with the day-to-day operations of the office.
The role is split into two main facets of responsibility: Finance (approximately 70%) and Office Management (approximately 30%).
As Finance Manager, your key duties and responsibilities include:
– Taking responsibility for all aspects of customer invoicing, reconciliations, and managing remittances
– Managing debtors in a timely manner
– Taking responsibility for the day to day finance function of the business
– Managing the sales ledger including securing and allocating payments
– Bank reconciliation
– Producing statistical data as required
– Liaising with suppliers to confirm product supply and availability
– Communicating with Supply Chain and Logistics on product ETAs and availability
– Supporting the existing internal operations by offering additional cover in answering calls and processing orders as necessary
Promoting excellent customer service at all times
Our ideal Finance Manager will have the below skills and experience:
– Extensive knowledge of SAGE 50 is a must
– Previous accounts and bookkeeping experience required, able to demonstrate knowledge of business and accounting processes
– Proficiency in Excel, Microsoft Word, and Outlook
– Strong attention to detail with a keen eye for identifying administrative and financial errors quickly and correcting accordingly
– Familiarity with sharing platforms and cloud storage for creating and organising virtual filing systems is beneficial as is any previous experience with clinical online diary systems
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills
– Comfortable within a fast-paced environment and confident to use initiative and make decisions
– Problem-solving skills, also being proactive and showing initiative.
