JOB TITLE: Senior Finance Manager

Immediate start

SALARY: £70,000

Hook: We are one of the leading manufacturers of wireless technology and advanced networking solutions. Due to rapid growth across EMEA we require an experienced Senior Finance Manager to support the EMEA Sales team. You’ll be providing financial and business analysis to ensure profitability and be a key partner to the sales team. UK, Home based.

LOCATION: Home based – UK

JOB SPECIFICATION: As Finance Manager you’ll be responsible for the following but not limited to: –

Preparing monthly analysis of financial results, business units and sales channels.
Assisting in analysis of the financial performance against key business metrics and documents
Partnering with internal customers including Sales, Planning and Purchasing to perform analyses of product and operations costs, identifying opportunities for cost savings, profit improvement and tracking performance against targets.
Co-developing and owning tactical action plans with internal customers to achieve financial and operational goals.  Regularly monitoring progress and drive accountability towards goals.
Assisting in the preparation of the annual budget.
Fulfilling responsibilities under ISO 9001 and 14001; understand and fully support IS0 system.
REQUIREMENTS: In order to be considered we are looking for an experienced Finance Manager within a similar position supporting sales finance, with a degree in Accounting and Finance or Economics or equivalent.

You’ll show proven analytical skills and have excellent Excel skills.

Additionally, you’ll need experience with Hyperion Essbase, SmartView or other Business Intelligence, is a plus, but a natural strength and flare with analytical tools.

As a person you’ll be highly self-motivated, eager to learn new concepts and take on new projects.
