Finance Manager, qualified ACCA, CIMA or ACA, Milton Keynes, c£60,000

Our client, a well established and successful international business services group, is seeking a Finance Manager to join their efficient UK head office finance team. The role reports to the Financial Controller and will involve working closely with both senior management team members as well as the finance department.

As the Finance Manager, your responsibilities will include:

* Providing clear leadership and direction to the Transactional finance team, including personal development of team members

* Preparation of monthly management reporting and KPIs

* Management and reconciliation of intercompany accounts

* Management of the Fixed Asset Register and monthly reporting on CAPEX

* Making improvements in forecasting and budgeting processes

For the Finance Manager role we are looking for someone who is ACA,CIMA or ACCA qualified, has experience in leading a team and working within a multi-currency business, has an excellent understanding of VAT and foreign currency requirements and is keen, self motivated with the ability to work to tight deadlines. As you will need to build and maintain strong working relationships at all levels across the business, as well as leading a small team to ensure that required expectations on all deliverables are met, you will also require confident and effective communication skills and have the capability to lead by example.
