Our client is a market leading provider of hardware and software solutions, and they are looking for an commercial and Business focussed Finance & Commercial Director to join their team in Milton Keynes. BASIC SALARY: £80,000 – £100,000

PERSON SPECIFICATION: Finance & Commercial Director : retail / industrial processing equipment / PPMA

As the Finance & Commercial Director, you will have a wealth of experience leading a commercially focused finance function within a large SME or corporate business environment. We would be delighted to receive applications from Financial Controllers / Directors / Business Partners with aspirations to secure a move to a progressive business where your insights and suggestions will have the potential to shape the organisation.

In addition, you will have:
· A finance qualification (CIMA, ACCA or ACA) would be preferred although we are happy to receive applications from candidates who are qualified by experience (QBE)
· The ability to take an overall commercial view of our business from a financial perspective
· A wealth of strategic planning experience
· Strong communication skills and the willingness to have commercial input at local and group level
· Experience of legal, personnel, health & safety, and company secretarial issues

JOB DESCRIPTION: Finance & Commercial Director : retail / industrial processing equipment / PPMA

You will ideally be a Finance Director in a business with turnover of circa £20-£50m, or aspire to move into an organisation with aggressive growth expectations, where their insights and work can genuinely impact the progress of the business. This is a commercial finance role and will include exposure to both external and internal customers.

The main duties will include:
· Complete strategic and commercial responsibility of the Finance function with heavy involvement in all other business areas.
· Direct reporting to the UK Managing Director, with a dotted line to the Group Finance Director
· Regular collaboration and meetings with the heads of all sales divisions
