Finance Commercial Business Partner – Permanent – Kiln Farm, Milton Keynes – MK11

Purpose of the role:

We are seeking a Commercial Business Partner to join our finance team at the company's Head Office. This is a pure business partnering role, and a new role for the company as we look for someone to use our financial data to add commercial insight in to the business. We need someone who can build relationships with non-finance stakeholders and provide insight and challenge.

You will report directly to the Finance Director

Key Responsibilities:

Responsible for financial forecasts
Working with stakeholders to understand what analysis they need and building this
Completing standard monthly reports, analysing results and interpreting these
Understanding where further analysis is needed each month based on the standard analysis completed.
Using your communication and influencing skills to translate the analysis into meaningful insights that'll directly impact the business performance.
Involvement in a range of projects as the business continues to evolve.
Teams to support include Sourcing and Design, Marketing, IT and Operations.
Essential Skills & Experience

Degree qualified or equivalent
Qualified CIMA / ACA with relevant PQE or QBE
Financial analysis or planning experience
Excellent Excel modelling skills imperative
Strong people leadership and relationship-building skills
Ability to translate complex financial information to non-financial audiences
Hours Work:

37.5 hours week
