Badenoch + Clark/Adecco are urgently looking to recruit a Finance Business Partner for a Property Development company in Milton Keynes.

This is a permanent position, and out client work to a hybrid model of 2 days in the office and 3 days WFH.

Reporting to the Head of Finance you'll be provide service to support the achievement of effective financial control for a designated region and improve current and future financial performance.

Requirements:
Experience of finance business partnering and ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with stakeholders.
Good attention to detail with ability to prioritise and manage a varied workload to meet agreed insightful management reports.
Experience of reviewing and analysing business processes to achieve financial improvements.
Technical excellence and experience of contributing to the statutory accounts process.
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, with advanced Excel skills.
Experienced in complex financial and work management systems.
Ideally have previous property/housing sector experience.
Must be CCAB (or equivalent) qualified.
