This brilliant organisation require a candidate that is fully qualified, possessing the required skill set but also has the personality to communicate with the wider areas of the business.

– Build a link between the Trust's management accounts, budgets and project management systems
– Update this information weekly
– Be the first port of call for all budget queries
– Train managers to use this information
– Work with managers to phase budgets
– Clearly communicate progress against phased budgets to managers
– Create a cash flow from this phasing for reporting to the Trust's Audit Committee
– Work with the Finance Team to maintain and improve reporting systems

To be considered, you will need a fully qualified accountant possessing strong business partnering skills
