Finance Assistant / Sales Ledger / £24,000pa-£26,000pa + Benefits Package/ High Wycombe, Bucks.

Our Client a leading supplier of Equipment and services into the Golf Sector, supplying to over 1000 outlets within the UK. Established for over 35 years they have grown from strength to strength and now the leading supplier of Golf Equipment in the UK and Across Europe.

We are looking for a Finance Assistant to support the Sales ledger team: 

As a Finance Assistant / Sales ledger  you will be: 

Job Responsibilities: 

• Responsible for reconciliations including Bank, PayPal, Petty Cash, Credit Cards receipts
• Collecting / Monitoring Direct debit payments up to 3000+ a month
• Sales ledger, processing invoices and maintaining debtors
• Dealing with invoice queries from customers
• Credit Control + Administration

Preferred Skills: for Finance Assistant  / Sales ledger:

• Attention to detail accurate processing of  supplier invoices and maintaining records.
• Experience of BACS processing software (Payments and Direct Debits)
• Experience with accounting software (preferably SAGE)
• Daily reconciliation of Bank payments and Direct Debits
• Worked within a Sales Ledger department

Personal Attributes: Finance Assistant / Sales ledger:

•  Basic Book- Keeping / Finance knowledge
•  Good communication skills – both verbal and written
•  Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Excel
•  Can do Attitude- results driven
• Good Multi-tasking – can Prioritize work load

Salary, Hours and Benefits: Finance Assistant / Sales ledger:

• £24,000- £26,000pa  pa
• Mon-Fri- 9am- 16:30 (35 hours a week)
• Up to 25 days Hol / Private Medical/ Bonus Scheme

Successful candidates will have experience in a Finance / Payroll / Sales ledger / Accounts Payable/ Accounts Receivable / Bank Reconciliations / Expenses + Reporting. Our client is currently based in Slough but relocation soon to headquarters in High Wycombe.
